The Jacket

How does the jacket change colour?

The Snow Shift is made with a special liquid-reactive fabric. When it comes into contact with moisture such as snow, rain or water, the fabric changes colour wherever it gets wet. As it dries out, it goes back to its original colour, ready to change again next time.

Does it only work with snow?

No. The technology reacts to moisture, not cold, so it works with snow, rain, puddle splashes or even a quick spray of water. Wear it on the slopes, on a rainy walk or anywhere in between.

Is the jacket waterproof?

Yes. The outer is waterproof, so moisture changes the colour of the fabric without soaking through to you.

What colours are available?

Anthracite White, Hot Pink, Neon Green and Neon Yellow.

Is it unisex?

Yes, the jacket is designed for both men and women.

What size should I get?

We offer Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large. If you're between sizes or plan to layer up underneath, we recommend sizing up. Not sure? Email us before ordering and we'll help you choose.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 6–12 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. Tracking can take a few business days to start updating.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. It must be unworn, with tags, in its original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.

My jacket arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Contact us straight away with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.
